Many of them are still passed down to this day, such as buying New Year’s goods, sweeping dust, pasting New Year’s red, eating New Year’s Eve dinner, observing the New Year, paying New Year’s greetings, dancing dragons and lions, worshiping gods and ancestors, praying for blessings and disaster relief, wandering gods, rowing boats, temple fairs, playing gongs and drums, floating flags, lighting lanterns and wine, etc.
